Privacy policy

Last updated:

This page explains what personal data hramada.eu processes, why, and what rights you have. We collect as little as we can: there are no accounts, no forms, no advertising and no third-party trackers.

Who is responsible

The controller of your data is the foundation:

Fundacja „HRAMADA”
ul. Kowalska 5/203, 20-400 Lublin
KRS 0001111105 · NIP 9462741706
info@hramada.eu

Visiting the site

The site runs on a server the foundation rents from OVHcloud in a data centre in Poland. Like any web server, it briefly records technical data with each request: IP address, time, the page requested and the browser’s identification. We use these records only to keep the site working and secure (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). They are overwritten automatically after a short time and never combined with other data.

Fonts and all other files come from hramada.eu itself. Opening the site does not make your browser contact Google Fonts or any other outside service.

Visitor statistics

We count visits with Umami, which runs on our own server; nothing is passed to anyone else. Umami uses no cookies and does not store IP addresses: the address is used for a moment to work out the country and a visitor code that changes every day, so nobody can be recognised from one day to the next.

We record which pages are opened, which site visitors came from (not the full address), the browser, type of device, language and a few clicks, such as on the contact button. If your browser sends a “Do Not Track” signal, nothing is counted. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in knowing how the site is used (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Cookies

The site sets one cookie, and only when you choose a language: lang, which remembers that choice for a year so the site opens in your language next time. It holds nothing but the language code, and you can delete it in your browser at any time.

Email

If you write to info@hramada.eu, we use your address and message only to reply, and keep the correspondence as long as that requires. Our email is hosted by Google Workspace (Google Ireland Ltd.), which processes it on our behalf.

Links to other sites

The site links to mhramada.org, Instagram, GitHub and the court register. Once you follow a link, that site’s own privacy policy applies.

Your rights

You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. Write to info@hramada.eu.

You can also complain to the Polish supervisory authority: the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, uodo.gov.pl.

Changes

If the way we process data changes, we will update this page. The date at the top shows the current version.
